After launch, we look at whether the system actually helped. The measurement stays practical: time saved, errors reduced, decisions clarified, adoption earned. Pretty machinery is not the point.
Compare the old way and the new way with concrete evidence, not vibes in a trench coat.
Check whether people are actually using the system, where they hesitate, and what needs simplifying.
Look for measurable signs: hours saved, fewer errors, faster decisions, cleaner follow-through.
Keep what earns trust, cut what adds noise, and improve the parts that almost work.
